The website

Reading this website does not ask for a name or create an account. We count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you.

When you book a camp or class

The booking form asks for your child's name, date of birth, school and year, your name, email and phone number, two emergency contacts, the people who may collect your child, and the health information our coaches need to keep your child safe: medical conditions, allergies, medications and dietary needs. It also records your photo choices and your acceptance of the booking terms.

We use these details to hold your child's place, take payment, keep your child safe at the camp or class, and reach you during it. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Your booking is stored securely with Cloudflare, our hosting provider. Only our coaches and our staff who run bookings can see it. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else, apart from emergency services if your child needs help.

When a school enquires

When a school contacts us, we use your name, role, school, email and what you are interested in only to reply to you. These details reach us by email and are not stored on this website.

How long we store data

We delete health information 30 days after the camp or class ends. We delete other booking details two years after the camp or class, apart from payment records, which we keep as long as tax law requires.

Photos

We only photograph your child if you have said yes when you booked or on the photo consent form, and only for the uses you agreed to. We never put a child's name next to a photo. You can change your answer at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about your child at any time. Email enquiries@studiorobotics.com.au. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first; you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
